What an experience this place is. It isn't cheap and it's frustrating that you have to pay a booking fee and also parking fees in the middle of nowhere!

However, those 2 niggles aside, it is a stunning place in a forest with various things to do. We only went to do the forest coaster and it was just amazing!

There are other activities to do such as tree tops, big swing and there is a cafe for food. There is also a small gift shop and toilets so you can attend without any worries! We took our own food so unsure what the cafe is like...

Staff are also very pleasant and happy to help with anything.

In terms of disabled access, there are designated parking spaces and everything is flat but, it is a forest on a hill so there is a slight incline in places plus the ground would be difficult for wheelchairs.

If you have an electric vehicle, there are charging ports and spaces on the left as you enter 🙂

Id definitely return! Enjoy!

A good bit of fun for most people, arriving early meant avoiding the queues so we managed to get our three runs done quickly. Going down as a pair was definitely more fun than soloing the ride as you picked up a bit more speed.
It isn't as fast as you'd think or maybe hope so for the real speed / thrill seekers it might not be for you.
It gives you a nice casual ride to relax at first then a zippy trip down. If you don't brake, it still does for you.

Dog care,
We took our dogs with us on this trip and paid for the dog car team to look after them at the caverns.
Admittedly I was nervous about this however, the area they were kept in was well kept and the team there clearly love dogs and were very good with ours. They took them out for a little stroll, played with them and we came back to seeing them having cuddles. We were very grateful for this, it completely put me at ease.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great Fun, but Parking Fee Disappointing

I visited Zip World in Betws-y-Coed with two families, and we all had an amazing time, especially on the coaster ride — it was a real thrill and definitely one of the highlights of our trip! The experience was well-organized, the staff were friendly, and the ride itself was great fun for both kids and adults.

While the cost of tickets is on the higher side, we felt it was worth it for the enjoyment we had. However, the reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the parking charge. The parking area is in the middle of nowhere, not on a public road or in a town center, yet we were still required to pay for it. It felt a bit unreasonable considering the already premium ticket prices.

Overall, a fantastic experience and one we’d recommend — just be aware of the extra charges!

Had such a fun time here! The Fforest Coaster was awesome – fast, twisty, and way more fun than I expected. The whole place has a cool forest vibe and feels like a proper little adventure spot.

The staff were super friendly and made everything easy, even with a bit of a queue. There’s loads going on – saw people doing the treetop ropes course and it looked like a laugh. The tipi bar looked like a chill place to hang out too (bit gutted it was closed though).

Definitely recommend if you’re in the area – great for kids and adults, and just a fun day out in the trees!

Absolutely stunning! Beautiful inside and out. Very peaceful and not to far some some local site seeing opportunities. Shower is a little small but still absolutely beautiful! Hot tub was set up and ready on arrival, complimentary teas and coffees inside. Plates, hair dryer, towels etc!
Would recommend 100% and will definitely be coming again! Absolutely amazing!

Fantastic place for adults and kids!!! We had an amazing time. Staff were really welcoming, made us feel excited for the experience. We went on the coaster. Awesome !!! Just awesome !! The location is gorgeous, wish we had booked more experiences to try out, but we were limited on the length of time of our holiday.

The kids (and the adults) had a great time here. From the tree house rope and net thingy to the forest coaster there is lots to do here. The parking was sufficient (earlier the better) RingGo compliant and close to the reception. The rules were clear but not overly enforced to make it feel like a bad day in the slammer.
My 4 year old daughter went with me on the coaster twice. For as fast as it goes it is not rough and you can brake anytime. The cafe is fine for snacks and stuff. It’s close to a small touristy village for the pub if you like it after!

Awesome place for plenty of adventures. Although slightly expensive, the thrills are worth it. The forest coasters were the biggest hit with the family but plenty of fun was had on all the activities.
