I booked flights for myself and family which was cancelled. Up till now I am still chasing up my £3,461.00 no refund up to now. Kindly avoid them, they are terrible

!AVOID! - You will regret it if you book with this company. Communication is very poor! my flight was cancelled due to COVID. Zamzam offered another flight ( how kind) which did not exist! and wanted extra money on top:/( the cheek). They returned my money but kept 300 odd pound EACH as this was their commission. I booked 4tickets with this company!!!! They kept £1200 - how disgusting and vile of them to keep ones hard earned money for a service which was not provided - They took advantage of these unprecedented circumstances - DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE!

Very very disappointing the experience I went through I don't think I will introduce anybody or family member. After paying all my fare in full ZAMZAM TRAVEL AND TOURS tell,s me to pay them another payment that have already paid if not they will not give me my ticket, just can't believe this,,,
