I’ve been on group tours but going with Zaarvel was a cut above the rest for sure!
From the booking process to returning from the Al Aqsa trip, the service was undeniable.

They were swift in all responses and queries and put any worries to bed. The entire time we were treated like guests with all our needs catered to. Even if something was not on the itinerary but we were interested to go there or do something, it was arranged for the ones who wanted to go.

Zaarvel team knew everyone on the ground and are well connected on the other side so you feel completely at ease knowing you’re in safe hands. We were treated like guests, friends and family. Through their genuineness and sincerity, they created an unforgettable trip of a lifetime.

Just returned from an incredible journey to Al Aqsa. Highly recommend our tour group Zaarvel, everything was well organised start to finish from the moment we booked until our return. Zaarvel kept us informed and provided useful information about the trip throughout (alleviating any anxiety we had).

The itinerary for the visit was well planned and executed, we were privileged to have knowledgeable tour guides with excellent communication skills, who's genuine passion and experience ensured the diverse group was well engaged throughout. The clean new air conditioned coaches were brilliant.

The hotel was fantastic in terms of location, had amazing views, strong free WiFi and the food both breakfast and dinner couldn't be faulted (coming from a very fussy eater this is an epic achievement).

There was a good balance between group activity and individual free time, furthermore Zaarvel was always on hand for any queries/questions.

It definitely makes a difference going with a tour group who is confident, knowledgeable and has a genuine passion for Al Aqsa.

I look forward to booking another visit soon.

Thank you for an amazing trip to AlAqsa, a faultless service from start to finish with fantastic food and in-depth details whist on excursions. The hotel was in a good location and service there too was exceptional. The menu variety was great and we all have a new favourite dish Maqluba - even though I don’t eat rice!

Talks at the open rooftop area while watching the spectacular view not far from Al Aqsa and not forgetting the Lemonade Guy, Br Muhammad is so generous in providing for visitors passing by his store, freshly made lemonade which was delicious!
We were looked after with care and everyone’s needs were met including my somewhat difficult dietary requirements (Jzklh) and assistance when needed during the walking excursions.
My family has had a truly inspiring experience which comes with everlasting memories we can cherish and we couldn’t have asked for better companions either, the group was fantastic and having knowledgeable members in the group alongside the great guides only enhanced the knowledge shared.
Brother Numayr, We thank you from our hearts for making this a truly unforgettable few days only wish we could have stayed longer, which means we will be hoping to travel again to Al Aqsa with you again

Alhamdulillah, the journey to Al-Aqsa was truly a memory of a lifetime and a wonderful experience. A special thank you to Zaarvell for organizing everything and to brother Shafiq for guiding us on the ground and having great patience looking after our whole group. Everything was well organised and the guidance given before going was very helpful and appreciated,. I would encourage everyone to try visit and see/learn about the history of this sacred place and witness the daily struggles our Palestinian brothers and sisters face on a daily basis. Tours in the Old city of Jerusalem amazing feeling and tour visits to Bethlehem Hebron Jerico the Maqaams- quiet a few maqaams of prophets Yususf ibrahim ishaaq and wives etc. I learnt so much. Would love to go again and again. Well Done Zaavel may Allah azzawajal take you from strength to strength and use you to take people to the 3 Harams aswell as tours in other places. We had an absolutely wonderful time in Al Aqsa with Zaarvel. Words cannot express just how fantastic the trip was. Hotel Hashimi was superbly situated, delicious food and attentive staff. Cannot fault anything. Our guide, Shaf was caring and approachable and looked after us incredibly well. Totally recommend anyone to travel with Zaarvel and especially to Al Aqsa.
