Faultless. Every aspect of the holiday was perfect.
Thanks to Rachel & Fiona in the office for sorting our last minute booking. Thanks to John for his wealth of useful information & for organising the airport transfer. And special thanks to our amazing chalet maid Milly for looking after us so well in our lovely chalet. We had a fantastic time & would whole-heartedly recommend YSE.

We had an amazing time at Chalet Lucaval. The accommodation was to a very high standard and kept clean and tidy daily. Sophie went out of her way to help with anything that we needed. Connor cooked some of the best food we have had and certainly the best on any cater holiday we've been on. They were such a friendly, happy, professional team who went out of their way to ensure we were looked after. We would recommend YSE to anyone that is looking for that extra special holiday with a difference. This particular chalet is ski in ski out which was great.

Have just left Chalet Pentes in Val D’Isere after an amazing week with YSE. The chalet is in a perfect location. Our hosts, Issy and Phoebe, couldn’t do enough for us. The food they prepared was fantastic and they enabled us to have an amazing week. Thanks to YSE for a great holiday.

The family hired GRAND TORSAÏ Chalet for Christmas 2018, and we could not have been better happier. Very Clean, Comfortable and a good layout.

The location might seem a bit too far away from the hub of town but Le Fornet is perfect with its bubble right outside the chalet and so well catered with town by the amazing bus service.

Our Chalet team were Lottie & Gemma, a credit to any company & deserving of 5 Stars themselves. Perfect hosts, a credit to their parents and Lottie is one hell of a young chef.

YSE as a company were attentive on site & nothing seemed too much trouble, although a squeaky single bed seemed beyond the DIY handy man!

Just be aware with TORSAI, there are A LOT of steps to the chalet, it didn't bother us or my 72 year old parents, but it's just worth noting - good for the ski legs!

Chalet (Gnellets) was fine, but our chalet staff weren't great. Always trying to leave as quickly as possible to get off skiing or partying. Rushing us through dinner (until everyone requested they slow it down), wouldn't take the time to light/clean out the fire, so we and the other guests did it. Food was mediocre.
John (one of the YSE owners) didn't like to take any criticism. On the coach back to the airport he talked to everyone about their trip. If you had nice things to say he'd listen to you for as long as you talked, but if you raised any issues he would quickly move onto the next person.

I've been using YSE for the last 15 years. They're professional, welcoming. John really knows what his guests need and want from a snow holiday. His passion for his business and people is so evident. I've used other companies to compare the quality and experience and no one comes close. I'm looking forward to my next holiday with them already
