Gurdeep has been dealing with our travel requirements for almost 4 years. He's always available to answer any queries, I've called numerous times morning, noon and night and he always been available to talk me through any problems or issues we may have had with the airline. Gurdeep had sorted our flights to Australia 3 years before so we had no hesitation in contacting him again.
As parents of an Ozzie Citizen we were allowed to get an exemption to travel to Sydney late November 2021. Gurdeep got us a great deal again with KLM/ Cathay Pacific. After Christmas Cathay rearranged our flights home in late January, then they scrapped all their flights when Oz was put on the Red List for Covid.

We had many battles with the Airline who weren’t planning to resume flights until April. Our visas ran out late February. Cathay had left us stranded wanting us to accept a refund. Several calls to Gurdeep who advised us not to accept this as it would only amount to about 20%. To cut a long story short, after then only being offered Economy flights with another airline home or a refund Gurdeep helped and supported us throughout. In the end we stood our ground and got flights home with Singapore Airlines. Cathay staff were understanding of our medical needs to fly Business Class but were constrained by their rules, but they gave in the end. Gurdeep is a really genuine person and we would really like to thank him for all his help, support with calls to Sydney and his invaluable advice.

Over the past week we have been really stressed with the ever changing prices for flights. Gurdeep gave us a quote but we waited to see if we could get a slightly better price. On Sunday the price for our flights just shot up by almost £2,000 !!!
We contacted Gurdeep and he was able to get us the original price flights he had quoted for us.
We are exceptionally grateful to Gurdeep for saving us so much money which will pay for our travel insurance.
He is really reliable and helpful and has said he will always be available if we need to contact him when we eventually travel.
We would have no hesitation in recommending Gurdeep to anyone. It would be hard to find a more genuine travel expert.
