Stewart and his team helped my sister and I to sell our family home in Kennoway. Neither of us had sold property in Scotland before and as I live in London it was important to have an agent with good communication and an ability to work autonomously. Of the 3 local agents we approached about selling the house, Stewart was the most proactive and responsive to our initial query and follow up questions. The advice received about the market value and placing the house on the market before finding a property to buy was sound, the marketing materials including video were excellent for this type and value of property and the seller portal and app tracking viewings and offers were very useful. Communication from the team, especially Alison, was always timely and I felt that we were kept up to date during viewings. The house sold for the asking price which was in line with the initial estimate of value provided. Communication through the legal conveyancing process was appropriate and I did not feel that we were being chased as is often the case with agents. Overall we were very happy with the service provided and the fees were in line with the local market and represented good value.. Overall we would use YourMove Leven again and therefore recommend them as an agent to sell property in Levenmouth.
