Vicky was very helpful, polite, and patient. Nothing was too much trouble.
Although our booking was complex, vicky made sure every detail was dealt with, including disability issues.

Felt rushed, sarcastic, un friendly and over all not happy with the service. Tui up the street much better. Visit there as we will do from now on.

Wouldn't go any where else to book my holiday, Clare is brilliant she knows exactly what we want and advises us on what holidays will suit us. Really friendly atmosphere in the shop.

Katy has been so helpful nothing is too much trouble for her we have recently changed the date of one of our breaks and there was alot of backwards and forwards but I was never made to feel a pain , I.would 100 percent recommend and will always book with them

Been using the Co-op for the last 5 trips or so and I'm very vague I just go in give them dates, my budget and leave it to them. Not once have they let me down Ive holidayed in some beautiful 4 and 5 star hotels.
This year im of to Rhodes in a nice looking 4* and the lovely lady at rhe co-op didnt try and rip me off finding a hotel well within my budget.
