I book all my holidays here the advisers takes all the time needed to make sure you are happy with everything. After you have made your booking they will even book your added extras, e.g any passes if needed and boarding passes to mention just two. If your looking to. Nick the Prick Team leader is ignorant and rude, the other day he and colleague has cage slap bang in middle of aisle so was a squeeze to get by as well as them both standing there.
Today 5/3/18 served me after being belled no pleasantries or greetings, no offer of bag packing. I misplaced my earphones when left the store I went back in asked him he shook his head. So i searched my bags, realised lost a glove too. Went back in the shop the lovely lady apologised and said there was a glove on the floor but hadn't had chance to retrieve it as she was serving. I got it and low and behold my ear phones were on the very till id been served at. So nick could not be bothered and this is what is a Team Leader at Alvaston Coop London Rd,

The Sales assistant on the other till she us a real credit to this store. I apologise as never got your name
