Tried to raise a complaint based on something I found out prior to going away and was told "We are not refusing your complaint, we just don't have a complaints procedure for pre-travel" ...Then they closed the chat! So you can't raise a complaint that might allow the company the opportunity to rectify the issue, you can only complain once it's too late? Says a lot about their want to fix issues.

They are unhelpful, they add extra costs and if it’s their fault guess what? They will still charge you. I’ve paid double what I was originally quoted and had no compensation or anything. I wish I had never even seen this travel agent. THEY ARE NOT ABTA PROTECTED.
