The apartment was in an ideal position plus, with it having a parking space, we did not need to use the car until we were returning home. We were able to walk everywhere. Great location for all the pubs, bars and restaurants. We had a couple of queries with York Boutique Lets which were dealt with immediately. I highly recommend the apartment and the company.

This was a lovely, clean and well equipped apartment. The location was perfect and the parking permit was a welcome addition. When we arrived we could not park where the permit allowed but the small car park next door to the apartment was well priced. You are on the street but it was quiet. The apartment is warm and comfortable with a snooker table that allowed something to do whilst the rain came! You are 5 minutes away from the Shambles and even closer to Spark York, with all its delicious food. Highly recommended.

We have just used this air b n b letting in York for work purposes. This was ideal for x4 adults having their own shower en-suite in each room for privacy. No issues at all, great position, will be booking again and telling everyone this ideal place to stay.

Stayed here for 5 nights in February with my son who had his 18th birthday and I wanted to treat him to a nice break. The flat we were in was very convenient and well maintained. Kitchen was well equipped. Excellent heating and a nice little garden with patio doors to it that we would have used if it hadn’t been 2 degrees outside! Heating did go off briefly as water company were doing work in the road but property manager was super responsive and on it. Was all back on the same day. Bus stop into York immediately outside and frequent service. Would stay again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend if you want a base in York. Also for any runners there is a handy little 5k run/ loop I found that was substantially off road straight from the door and through Huntingdon village then up the river crossing over to the other side and back down to just near Huntingdon school before crossing back over and completing the loop. Bring trail shoes if here in winter although I managed in road ones without falling in the river!

The flat was lovely bit had a few things missing like drawer space and bedsife cupboards. The kitchen was well equipped and large. The sitting are was small and the signal was not good.
The outside needed cleaning up but overall we enjoyed our stay.

We stayed at Piccadilly Place for a long weekend, this house was spotlessly clean and well equipped, except for a can opener,we had to knock on next door🤣. The beds were really confi. Only 1 negative,it has beautiful bathroom but no mirror. We were a group of 5 adults and there was plenty of room for us. It is walking distance to town, about 10 Minutes. I would recommend this house and I would stay again .

We booked this accomodation for a family get together just before Christmas and what an amazing stay we had. We all absolutely loved it. We were a group of adults/kids/dogs!

Booking the property was made really simple, the communication since booking has been brilliant (I had lots of questions along the way which were all swiftly answered).

The check in process was simple. The house is amazing!! We loved the open plan living/kitchen area. All the bedrooms are spacious. The house is furnished really tastefully and everything was spotlessly clean. We really appreciated having the tea/coffee available. Cooking was really simple due to the kitchen being so well stocked with kitchen equipment, including an air fryer.

The hot tub/party tent area was so much fun! We had the fire going and it was so cosy in there - perfect for winter and summer!!

Would absolutely recommend and thank you for hosting a really memorable weekend for all of the family.
