We stayed at Corner Lodge this weekend for a family break away to celebrate my Mums birthday and had the best time. It was super comfortable, extremely well designed and decorated and had everything we could have wanted. There were some lovely touches too, some amazing ground coffee and bathroom amenities.
The location is spot on! A five minute walk into town.
Honestly could not rate Corner Lodge highly enough.

Amazing place to stay, right within the York walls just off Micklegate. The storm caused a window to smash but the hosts were so helpful and sorted it straight away. Also the beds were super cozy. If York wasn't so beautiful, we would've loved to have a lazy day here. Would 100% recommend.

Fantastic stay. Yet again. Extremely well located with a nice little walk down the river side into York centre. Stayed here at Christmas and because the owners had to change some last minute plans with our room we were credited a free nights stay - which we made full use of this week. It was great to see york this time of year and compare our visit vs Christmas time… Thank you for your hospitality once again… we will be seeing you at Christmas!!

The house was incredibly modern with a fantastic design and top-notch appliances. I especially appreciated that every room had its own bathroom and TV. The spacious kitchen, equipped with two cookers, microwaves, and fridges, was a huge plus! I would definitely stay at this property again.

We stayed at Woodlands Cottage in the quiet village of Skipwith. The house was everything we expected and more. Such a stunning location, only a 10 minute walk into Skipwith with the lovely, friendly pub, and so peaceful, bringing a whole new meaning to the phrase 'you can hear a pin drop'. Your Guest were brilliant too, emailing before with a thorough guest handover with instructions and information on everything from access to the property, to what we would find inside the property to local information. We will definitely be back.

Lovely house,good location, spotless clean, comfy beds. Didn't like the toilet being downstairs especially if you need the toilet in the night, and the bedrooms open straight onto the stairs. We booked through booking.com which put the price up, made it a little expensive. All of this said we would stay again.

We loved this apartment. The bed was really comfy and a decent size. The location was perfect and overall a great place to stay. Very clean as well. We will stay again when we come back to the UK.
