We moved from Essex to Devon recently. The whole process was made so much less stressful with the excellent, friendly communication from Suzanne in Devon. Yopa estate agents had been largely unknown to me but I had used an online estate agent elsewhere.
My property sale with Yopa was on the basis of no sale no fee. Yopa’s local agent and territory owner Suzanne Morgan proved to be focused, energetic and wholly engaged in ensuring my property was sold.
Suzanne possesses excellent interpersonal skills and maintained an excellent relationship with the buyer up to completion.
Suzanne is no 9 to 5 agent and when necessary she continued messaging me in the evening and at weekends.
Given Yopa’s highly competitive fees I would definitely use Suzanne’s skills again.
