I was helped today via the Web chat by Courtney W as I'd updated my details on the customer portal ready for a renewal of my car insurance and the portal then showed that I had 2 policies in place. Courtney explained how it worked and assured me only 1 policy was active. Very helpful.

I had difficulty changing the vehicle on my policy. I tried online but was unable to complete. There is no phone number to ring and the bot on the chat box isn't very helpful.
However, when I finally managed to get onto a live chat with Courtney, she was extremely helpful, kind and efficient. She managed to sort everything out for me and completed the process quickly. Thank you Courtney.

Absolutely infuriating. I had a policy with them. I can't judge them on how that was as I never had reason to change it or make a claim. It has auto renewed when I didn't think it would so I have spent the last 2 days trying to cancel it but their customer service is terrible. To be honest, they have no customer service, only a useless chat bot that repeats the same information no matter what you type. I shall be pushing for a refund for the admin fee they are trying to charge me.

Zero service except when it comes to renewing the insurance then by a miracle they are all ears!!

Contacted Yoga Insurance today via their Live Chat and got a very helpful operator called Courtney. Very knowledgeable on all aspects of our motor insurance policy and answered all my queries swiftly and with a common sense approach. We were doing a change of vehicle and it all went through other than a small detail. No panic, Courtney assured us that all was in hand and gave clear instruction as to how we can sort. Well done 5stars!!
