Ollie was a star to deal with! Excellent communication start to finish. I wanted to get everything right 1st time as I was travelling 3+ hours to pick up the new car. I never felt rushed or pressured throughout the process, and Ollie made the process of buying the new car exciting. Hats off to Fords Yeovil, everyone I dealt with was very professional. The car is amazing!

Booked in for a diagnostic test after another local garage failed to sort my issue.
Had to wait quite a while for the diagnostic test but it was fixed the same day and my car now work's 👍 also managed to fit in 2 recalls on the same day too.
Plenty of emails and calls to remind me.
I did arrive at 7.30am when it was suggested it opened although reception did keep me waiting for 15 minutes whilst they continued to unlock doors and gates etc, bit annoying but not a problem worth mentioning though

Excellent service from the sales Guy Ollie Lowe. Good communication and resolved an issue professionally and managed to get an even better deal. Obviously busy guy with lots of handovers however took a long time with me to ensure I was happy.

I am a new mobility customer. I took my car in to have its first service and it needed two new tyres. The mobility assistant was very helpful and kept me informed all the way through the process. Its the best customer service I have received from any mobility garage I have used in the past. I would thoroughly recommend this garage.

Excellent service, sales team knowledgeable without being pushy. Sadly Ford aren’t with OVO so we are unable to take advantage of cheap home charging. Come on Ford get this sorted!

Bought my car from Yeovil Ford last March 2025 assisted by Ollie King. 2 days after I used the car, infotainment started to shut down on its own. Informed Ollie about the issue and he assisted me from getting appointment for service until my car is ready for collection. I didn’t spent any money with infotainment repair plus other minor issues. He was really helpful and professional! Thank you so much, Ollie! You’re a star!

While im not in the market for a new car, my friend was. I went along with him today to look at the model of a kuga he had got at another branch. The sales advisor was extremely helpful even though it was clear from the outset he would make no commission. He was friendly, very helpful, informative about the vehicle and showed he had time for someone with questions. Far too often do garages make it solely about money, the fake smile and approach but this branch didn't. When i do look at updating my vehicle i will absolutely come here. Well done, you won an unintended customer over.

Very friendly, knowledgeable staff. My car was due for a service, I phoned up and made the appointment. The guy was very helpful. I did have to have 4 new tyres fitted. Due to being a Motability vehicle, the tyres had to be ordered specially, but everything was done without fuss. I was sent a short video of what the tyres were like. Very informative.
