When one of your big buses crashes into a stationary car, just accept liability. Don't try to fight it when you are totally at fault and the video evidence shows that. It just shows you as a very dodgy sham company.

used the 492 Lugg service from Leominster to Hereford - as the trains were not running and wrote a report on Lugg buses but they appear to be the same company now Ticket came up as Yeomans Canyon Travel on bank statement - this bus company does not take part in the £2 nation bus scheme - so be warned- Bus at 1630was late leaving as driver hung around and then I thought that the timetable at Leominster said the bs went to Hereford train station but appears not as it dropped us off at or near the bus station which is not far

1st time user of the bus from Staunton on Wye to whitecross and back. Both drivers very helpful and obliging 4.95 return you couldn't park for that for 4 hours thank you 👍

My friend Stu & I catch the 76 bus from St Peter's Square @ 13.38. We have started using this bus since he was assaulted a month ago @ his flat & is still unsteady on his feet. Our regular driver is called Jerry & is amazing. He's learnt people's names, where they get off & even stops @ non requested stops to make it easier for the regulars. He is a lovely, happy chappy that the regulars call his bus the fun bus. He is a real credit to the company

Well Done to your Driver Who picked us up From Victoria Street 18.00hrs.29th October.
Despite being 4hrs late. this chap stayed cool carm and collected there were a lot of passengers who were very worried. After rerouting After being stuck in London for 4hrs Due to an accident he looked drained he keept cool head keep everyone safe water and feed when needed. Even saw him running up the street with forgotten luggage. This guy needs employer of the month. He was working for National Express but I know part your company Will definitely use this company again well Done pal.Keep up the hard Work don't let 1 bad day get you down tmz a nother day.🙏😎

Very disappointed with this company, booked and paid for a holiday through miles Morgan, they cancelled the holiday 3 weeks ago, but don't seem to want to pay the money they owe me back. Have attempted 3 times

Enjoyed a trip to Stratford upon Avon 11th June. Very good driver Mike, enjoyed his company. Know Stratford well but it was nice just to sit on a coach & enjoy the scenery. Comfy seats & felt very safe
