I have to say that grarath was a fantastic driver we all had a lovely day out and enjoyed the trip to Bridlington and back he was very polite and helpful I hope that we can travel with him again he made us all happy and relaxed

Firstly, would like to make it clear there were definitely no departure times on the website when booking, conveniently these have been added to upcoming excursions advertised on Facebook. Went to Chester zoo for my mum's 60th birthday treat. Excursion was Chester or Chester zoo. Picked up in Middleton at 8.50am. Stopped off at Rochdale, Royton, Oldham and Ashton. Took a grand total of 2 hours and 20 minutes to get to the zoo. Got there for 11.10am. pick up time was 4.10pm. Thought the driver was joking. Less than 5 hours in Chester zoo! The zoo itself is open until half 5. We didn't get to see most of the animals even though we spent all day walking. On the way back, all the same drop off points. Took from 4.10pm until 7.20pm to get back to Middleton. Spent more time on the coach than at the zoo! Spent nearly ££200; on the day including nearly £80 on 4 coach tickets. Complained and not bothered. Blatant lies that the times are advertised online. Maybe they are now because I've complained but I've been on many yelloway excursions and the departure times from the excursion are definitely NOT advertised. Otherwise I would have booked the train for less and had more time at the zoo. Rest assured I will be taking this further. Wasted £80 on the transport. XZoo was good but that's not because of yelloway. Would advise to steer clear. Driver was nice enough. Rothwells are much better

Yes I did write to you on Facebook. You read several messages and didn't respond. And if you'd like to mention that why not mention that I also said I am a full time worker and a mother, therefore have no time to ring the office. I'd already stated my complaint. Secondly, yes you are telling lies. I have booked several trips with yelloway in the past. The pick up time in the morning is stated, the departure time from the destination is not. Thirdly, are you calling me a liar? The driver told us all to be back on the coach at 4.10pm and we set off at 4.10pm. I should know I was there! Ask other passengers on the top from Chester zoo if you don't believe me. Lastly, what is with the attitude?! Unprofessional and rude. You're a company who takes people's money for services. Accept the fact you're going to get bad reviews or get out of the business!

Had a really lovely trip today to York Christmas market. Our driver Dominic was just brilliant and a good time was had by all. Highly recommended.

Got charged £3 (feb 2022) just for ringing the booking number printed on their brochure.
65p per minute premium line.
Only found out from my O2 bill.
Yes they have good drivers and have reasonably priced trips, but it's wrong to sting your customers who just phone to give you their business.

I would recommend this company to anyone, very professional, great on price and a truly honest firm. We let two ipads and an iPhone on board after our trip amongst other things, everything was handed in by the driver at the office and collected with ease. Thanks for a great no hassle service. Mike
