Bad service always late and lie how long they will be if you can't make it on time say so more taxes in Peterborough than you never again

I've left leaving a review for several days as I thought I might get a call back offering an apology, no apology has been received.
I called these guys at 18.49 on 3rd Aug for our restaurant booking at 19.30, I asked how long the taxi would be and was told 10 minutes. At 19.21 I called back spoke to the same operator and was told taxi is on its way, I said but you told me it would be 10 minutes it's now over half an hour the operator said it's not my fault, I said but it was you that told me 10 minutes he said again it's not my fault and hang up. When the driver arrived 46 minutes after my initial call I told him of our experience the driver said he had only just got the call. When we got to our destination I asked for a reduced or free fair, the driver was adamant we had to pay the fair that was on his screen. Unsurprisingly yellow cabz is now deleted from my contacts.

I booked the taxi the evening before .I specifically mentioned that the taxi was needed at a particular time in order to meet up with funeral cars .I was reassured that I would be picked up in good time .Unfortunately the Taxi was over 20 minutes late in picking us up .The driver said he hadn't received the call until he was in Thorney .We very nearly missed the funeral car.The driver apologised. It is the first time in my experience with this company that I have been disappointed and felt let down.

After using this taxi service for a few years I feel really let down by them. Booked over 24 hours before to arrange a minibus with an agreed price, as I had guests going into town from an outlying village. 10 mins after due time we hadn't heard anything, so rang them. They said there's no minibuses available and there was no booking. Told me I would have to book two taxis instead at an over inflated price they wouldn't even honour the agreed price for two taxis. Whats the point In booking early if they will let you down with no notice. Awful customer service. No respect for customer. will not use again.

Very poor been a customer for many years call for a taxi say 10 to 15 mins 27 mins later call again asking where taxi this is mid week not Very busy 5 mins I get text your taxi is outside I go outside no taxi call again say I call driver nothing WILL NOT USE THIS FIRM AGAIN VERY VERY POOR SERVICE

Terrible experience of driver reversing into me and leaving the scene, returning hours later to apologise and offer to pay, going back on his word 2 days later. Spoke to management of the company who were incredibly rude. Refused to take any responsibility and absolutely no apology. Driver originally claimed he couldn’t stop as he ‘had to get children to school’!!!! I wouldn’t want my children in his taxi!! Never, EVER use this company!

Shockingly bad service.Do NOT, I repeat do NOT call these guys if you are wanting to catch a train. They are just a consistant let down.very bad service. I was assured they would ve here in 15mins, then was calling them and said oh he might just be caught in traffic, then 45mins later they said oh he is just dropping off another person and then he will be right with you. Disgusting service and
I missed my train as a result. I always used this firm and overlooked a lot of delays etc but not anymore. I'm done!

Ordered a 6 seater taxi well in advance for a special occasion, sent a 4 seater. Driver was extremely rude and had an appallkng manner towards me and told me to phone them sgain. Would not phone them for me. Finally sent another taxi 25 mins later. Late for our meal. Booked a 6 seater for return journey, told 15 mins but 40 mins later still waiting. Rang and told problem getting 6 seater and was just going to ring you. Do not believe one word and why did they not know they would not have a 6 seater at the time I rang. Then asked me in a very very rude manner "do I want the taxi or not". Appaling service and disgraceful.customer service. Used this company for years both work and leisure will certainly be going elsewhere from now on.
