Completed a form on their website yesterday to ask way in advance about an Airport pick up in September, I received a reply prompty via email saying the 51 min journey would be just over £61.00, I replied this afternoon to accept. I was later called to give our flight number, which I did no problem. All booked in and I'd be receiving a link to pay the deposit, or so I thought...

I've just had another call to say that there's an 'error on their system' - actually the fare will be £80 and is this ok? It's absolutely not ok - no explanation given other than this mysterious error.
Don't worry - I won't call your company again!

A very good experience. I was at the hospital and needed to get home, the lady who took my call was very professional and went the extra mile to help me. My taxi driver naz was lovely, helped me with my cruthes and into the taxi, he even put my phone on charge. Thank you yellow cabs 🚖
