The location is excellent, with easy access to everything I need. The interior is modern and fully furnished, which made moving in incredibly convenient. Kevin from the team has been very professional and helpful—he patiently guided me through the options and offered thoughtful advice on choosing the right room. This place was a roller coaster for me.
(N) Really old house. Things breaks down often. Heating works 1 Nov-Mar and only 6 hours at night, which is annoying cause some days its too cold during the day and some days its too hot. The hot water work only 6hrs from 1Nov-Mar. Half the Showers take 3 mins to heat up cause the plumbing is longer from the boiler.
(N) Hot water and heating was not working for 30 days in January. Only 1 electric shower to be shared by 20 in the meantime while no hot water in Kitchen.
(P) The owner was kind enough to immediately replace my spring mattress with a foam one cause it wasn't comfortable.
(N) Thing that break down take at least a week to fix. And Purple frog needs followup other wise they forget. However, after a rant on how their service was below average, they have improved their speed and attention to maintenance issues.
(P) Very nice location between University and Cabot Circus.
(P) It's rare to have 2 washroom shared by 4 people. No other accommodation will have it. You'll never have to worry about washroom being occupied. And they are huge compared to other places.
(N) For similar cost, many Uni accommodations offer lounge services like a game room or TV room, which this places doesn't have.
- The cost for the 550-580 room is comparable to other accommodations. However the 630-680 ones are marginally overpriced for what they offer.

Will I stay back here if I was given a choice? I'd be prefer not to. 2 stars out of 5.

This place is a rather old building, and within the last 3 months the hot water has stopped working twice. The first time, it took a whole month to finally get hot water back (and keep in mind this was in winter) so we had to wash dishes using very cold water and had to share one electric shower between all of us that live in the building. We are currently experiencing the second time with no hot water and I'm rather worried at how long it will take to fix since the timeline that they promised on their website for urgent maintenance issues was not followed. Although they provided electrical heaters upon request, having no hot water was a huge inconvenience. For freshers (and anyone really) looking for a place to move into, it may be worth getting a slightly more expensive (newer) place where you won't have to worry about things like hot water / heating.
