I have had an excellent experience at Yamaha London Music; the staff were more than courteous and helpful, whilst the products were undoubtedly of the highest quality in the country!

I had the pleasure of being served by a kind worker of the name Rebecca- she was patient, sincere, and thoughtful with her words. I plan on purchasing a grand piano soon and, after having experienced her exceptional customer service ability, will be buying one sooner than I had initially expected.

Great customer service can take a business a long way and acts as the foundation for attracting returning customers and investors- this is a principle that the Yamaha store has shown me that they have an understanding of.

I highly recommend this music store to other fellow musicians and even those who may not be necessarily wanting to make a purchase- just pop in and experience the wide array of instruments that they have on offer and spread the word of their excellence!

I didn't get to visit face to face, but I had an excellent experience buying a Yamaha Revstar Element from this store using their website. The guitar was delivered securely via UPS. I had great communication from Sebastian after I called about delivery ETAs.
The guitar itself is fantastic too 🙂

The vibe of the place is amazing. I have been wanting to buy Yamaha fg850 for quite some time so went to the store. Sebastian helped me around with the guitar and the accessories. He also gave us a really good discount so very happy with the purchase :D.

visited this shop yesterday and had one of the best experiences ever. I wanted to buy a guitar and was welcomed by Larry who was really helpful. He recommended me guitar within my budget and also set it up for me. I also bought cheapest case they had but the quality of it is outstanding. I have been playing my guitar non stop and am in love with the sound of it. This shop really made me motivated to play again and finally enjoy it. Thank you Larry and Yamaha for being so legendary.

Great place. Took my Son who's 11 and plays both the drums and guitar and it was like a candy shop for him. Spent about 1.5 hours in there looking (and trying) some of wide range of equipment they sell. Lots of great staff who are knowledgeable and attentive. They clearly recruit well and their passion for what they sell shines through in the way they help explain some of nuances and characteristics of different items. Have a couple of sound proof rooms if you want to give it a go. Good to see the customers who also seemed respectful of the instruments and their value. Thanks Yamaha

The folk here have it spot on. A good welcome but not overbearing and they leave you to ponder, look and play. If you need help, they listen well and respond. In the piano/keyboard section, Bruce was outstanding in his help and support.
Not many stores have the balance right - this place is perfect. So good, they made a sale! Thank you

Pianos take over a week for the delivery company to get in contact after purchase!
I felt a bit left in the dark; the process needs improving.

The best music shop I have had the pleasure of visiting. My son, who is 9, has been playing a cheap spanish guitar and wished to progress to an electric one. We had been advised that the Yamaha Pacifica is the best beginner electric. The guitar expert at the shop Larry took us through the types of Pacifica and then allowed my son to play the guitar in a booth. He got to use one of their excellent amps. We bought both! Larry was so nice and helpful. I would certainly recommend the store. My other son who plays the piano loved trying out the grand pianos.
