Left dealing with the shipping of a relatives barrels. Sent in Sept 22 delivered end Jan 23.
Awful customer care. Valid questions as to where the shipping was went unanswered and excuses about the other end dealing.

The ladies in the office were nice enough but clueless when it comes to customer care’.
Overall shipping experience very bad, I actually think 1 star is generous.
We’re not in JA, please remember I bad review could CRASH your business!!!

If I could give 0 stars i would. It hurts me to give them that 1 star. The staff is rude. They use unreliable courier services. If anything goes wrong, it's always your fault never theirs. They never like to resolve an issue. It's a bunch of people working there that is so out of depth with modern times. Please ship your goods somewhere else.

Very supportive to me whilst I was stranded in Jamaica due to lockdown. Most especially Henry who went far beyond the call of duty to send me information and stay in touch via WhatsApp due to the different phone network...he ensured I was updated regularly and thank god due to the excellent customer care I was able to fly back to the UK 🇬🇧 safely...
