A thoroughly positive experience. I had listed my house (in Hastings Old Town) for sale with two agents prior to Wyatt Hughes, and neither of the other agents impressed me. By contrast, the team at Wyatt Hughes have been consistently polite and communicative, confirming appointments and always sending feedback from the people who veiwed the house. In a sluggish housing market the team never flagged or admitted defeat; and when they received an offer of the asking price, the team were incredibly hands-on and helpful during the sale process.
