I'm just back from an amazing holiday, all arranged and taken care of by Sharon & Kate! The first time I used Worlwide was just to arrange a flight. This time I asked them to book me a full holiday, flights and accommodation.

From the first phone call I felt looked after and that I could leave everything to Sharon to arrange from start to finish with confidence, as I'm so busy. I was particularly impressed at how Sharon is very knowledgeable about the different types of accommodation and made suggestions based on our needs.

Fantastic and efficient service from Sharon and Kate. They care for their customers and it shines through in their communication. My mother recently got a great flight package to travel to Canada to see an unwell loved one and planning a trip that for sad reasons is difficult but Sharon and Kate made it really easy and showed compassion. My experience marks the second occasion using the services of Worldwide Travel Solutions for planning my holiday. I must express my admiration for the superb support offered by travel agents Sharon and Kate.

The whole process was straightforward; all I had to do was relay my chosen destinations, availability, and specific preferences, which, included several flight connections. Although I anticipated some potential difficulties due to what I thought was the complexity of my itinerary, I was pleasantly surprised by how smoothly everything was.

Sharon and Kate checked that I had the correct visas required for the countries included in my travel plans. They also ensured that all the relevant travel documents were sent to me well ahead of my travel date this allowed me ample time to prepare.

There's not enough words for WTS (Worldwide Travel Solutions), because they're just that incredible! I cannot recommend WTS enough because they really do find you the best deals and are so accommodating towards what you want from your holiday. I've used WTS for every single one of my holidays (in my whole life by the way) and not once have I ever been disappointed. From the moment you get in touch, you're taken care of in way that's a rarity these days. You can really sit back and let the team do their thing in arranging your holiday. I have been to various countries/ cities and every time, they've put me at ease. Sharon & Kate are such wonderful people who have years and years of experience and knowledge so believe me when I say they know exactly what they're doing! They will also recommend places to visit and the best spots in wherever you're visiting. Recently, I had a trip to Cairo and though it was amazing (a city with such a deep history), there was a slight blip. The hotel room provided was nothing quite like what the hotel was advertising (I'll refrain from naming the hotel due to the positive turn afterwards) and the management team weren't really helping me and my sister despite some major red flags. I simply contacted Kate to let her know what had happened, and where I had visited, more from the perspective of I enjoy conversing with her. Did I think within minutes the hotel staff would the calling to give us a free upgrade to one of their top rooms? No, never. But that was all thanks to Kate who assisted BIG time and got in touch with the hotel. By far I wasn't expecting this; not because WTS didn't want to help (they ALWAYS want to help) but simply because everything was booked and arranged by that point. But there we were, absolute beyond grateful for the huge assist. I could go on, and on and on about WTS but I'll probably just go on forever. If you're looking to book a holiday, do yourself a favour and get in touch with these wonderful human beings. Trust me, you won't regret it. Thanks a bunch, Kate & Sharon; you're both so awesome!

Fantastic organisation providing a very personal touch to holiday planning, booking and support. Sharon and her team ensured our clubs cricket tour to St kitts was again hassle free. Travel went to plan and airport support was provided as requested. We were allocated our usual room and enjoyed our stay immensely. Sharon planned a working visit as well and was able to meet with us which was an added bonus! Highly recommended.
