I can kinda see why travel agencies are phasing out of existence. Firstly, our length of holiday we wanted was judged as being "too long". Secondly, the woman who helped us predetermined some factors because we "clearly didn't want that" though we were never asked about it. Lastly, the price they got was A LOT more (even with seats that didn't allow stowed luggage, lowering the price for a sale perhaps?) than what we could find directly online with the same hotels WITH premium seats. Another note is this place doesn't sell travel insurance, practically making it easier and better to book your holidays online. The only reason this review is two stars is because of the friendly, but judgemental and picky, staff member.
