Great place. Was a bit too busy but can't really fault for that, they're a business!!

Just a thought: So many kids running up the slide with bare feet, I think the staff need to reiterate rules to parents/kids on the way in. Even the bday girl was doing it (there was a party during the public session). Think some older kids were in there too that shouldn't have been. Watch. Your. Kids!!

Staff were lovely; so friendly and accommodating. Good choice of snack food: would be nice to have a few cooked options like chips. The equipment was great and diverse. Well cleaned and plenty of comfy seating. Get in the queue early to get a good spot. The slide is mega fast, beware and wear long trousers if using!!

Absolutely brilliant soft play, they look after parents better than any other similar place. Power points to charge phones, table service so no queuing. Lovely coffee that feels like a proper coffee shop. All in all this is the best soft play in the area, thank you guys xx

Although a slightly smaller venue compared to the one in Barnstaple, this one seems much more inviting and warm due to its great natural lighting along electric. Tables are met by staff for orders which although no entirely necessary, its a nice bonus for those that don't want to sit in a queue and can wait while seated. Staff always seem welcoming on the desk, and the attractions for the kids seem perfectly adequate while the added climbing wall and interactive dance mats are great too. My own children seem to spend more time within this one than coming to me every five minutes which as any parent would admit, is a blessing when they need some downtime.

I'd say one slight disadvantage is the lack of cooked food options, however, I'm aware this would increases costs overall onto the consumer leading to over the top charges on basic food items as well as entry. I'm unsure if own food is allowed to be brought on premises, I have done with children I care for through work and not had problems but best check with the staff. I have a few suggestions for some other additions that may be good for this place but for now I'll keep those quiet. All in all, a really pleasant place to bring your children.

I took my grandson on Saturday for the first time and it was brilliant. The staff are very friendly , helpful, and always have a smile. The play area is huge and children of all ages were having fun in a safe environment . ?

A very well run, clean and tidy soft play. Lots of levels for kids to explore and a good selection of snacks, drinks and meals for everyone. The staff are very friendly and welcoming too!

First time visiting over a weekend. I pre-booked a slot, 12-2.
I was absolutely blown away when I went inside!
I have an 11 month old and a 2 and a half year old and it was perfect for them both.
It was the best toddler section i had ever seen in any softplay I have been to. The over 5s section was also very good and my 2 and a half year old went to and from the big to little section.

The cafe was very nice and well priced.

I felt that my children were safe whilst playing and not able to run out of the building, with a locked door. (Many I have visited don't have this.)

The soft play was VERY clean and tidy. I was very impressed with everything.
The staff were super friendly, helpful and welcoming.

Will definitely return when I am in this part of the country again.
Such a shame its a 2 hour drive from home!

We have just attended a party at WOW with my daughter who has a nut allergy. WOW is a nut free venue, so my daughter was able to be included throughout (which is rare for us). A big shout out to Rich, who was amazing at getting back in touch with me about the food. He really went out of his way to reassure me throughout the party. Such a nice man, friendly, approachable and gets allergies! Soft play is also so clean! Thanks WOW I absolutely recommend you and your team! ?
