Really lovely family day out with lots to do. Also would say a great place to visit if weather is bad as lots of indoor areas and indoor soft play. We payed extra for the deer train and it was great my kids really loved it.

If you're looking for a FAMILY FUN DAY, this place called the world of country life is highly recommended. A lot of Playground indoors and outdoors. Kids are definitely having so much fun. Just make sure to look for the schedule available for the events scheduled on the day you're visiting. Friendly staff and friendly price for food available inside.

Had a wonderful day here with my elderly father. (93). He loved the stories he could tell around the old fire engine from his time driving a very similar one, the bird display was a real highlight and the deer train - a total delight for him and he loved hearing the joy and squeals from the children. Special mention to our driver John who went out his way to assist with getting him on and off the deer train safely and ensured he was ok at the feeding stop.

Can't recommend the experience highly enough - there is so much to see and enjoy for the older generations as well as the young ones.

Taking our time over the exhibts allowed so many stories and memories to flood out, it became a very special day. There is so much to see and enjoy for any age group that one visit is unlikely to be enough. Well done to the team there for making it such a great place to visit. Thank you.

Love this place, its our second visit in as many years, its on the perimeter of the Haven Park where we stay.
We went on the Deer Train again, which I think is £2 per person and this includes food for the deer on the train tour, tour isn't lengthy, and they animals get their heads right in the carriages, which we didn't mind, but there was a toddler in our carriage who got scared that they were getting so close. The staff welcome you to pet the animals in many parts of the park, and you can buy food to feed them at the entrance. There is a Birds of Prey show around 1pm I think I was, this is both informative, funny and a great experience, you can also hold the birds they have out for a not too expensive fee, my daughter held Echo the Owl and my husband held the bald Eagle, and we bought the photos too. Lots of owls to see as well as other birds of prey. Lots to do for smaller children, big climbing apparatus and a big bouncy dome thing. Lots do do for a fair few hours. Highly recommended.

World of Country Life is a museum come activity park for children and adults alike.
It has a large display of bygone country exhibitions from shops to traction engines and lots more. Kids will be kept entertained with a large number of parks and a walk around the animal feeding zone.
I would also highly recommend a visit to the bird of prey flying display.

What an incredible place to take children too. We spend almost an entire day here whilst staying at Haven, feom start to finish there was endless stuff for us all to do and I don't think we got round to everything. Listing activities we did:
●museum section
●play area (bouncy castle & soft play)
●petting area where we held rabbits, guinea pigs, stick insect.
●feeding goats milk
●feeding the deer on the train
●birds of prey
●ferret racing
●met Angus the mascot
As well as a few more animal spotting areas and several more play areas including a building full of fun slides with sacks to slide in and trampolines.

Entry was £18 but you certainly get your moneys worth.

Was looking for something to do whilst on holiday and struggling to get the kids motivated for anything. Decided to try here and wasn't disappointed. Our two boys loved it, wasn't expecting quite as much in one place, lots of quieter areas if needed as well as the animals and multiple play areas. The Birds of Prey display was a great for me. Feeding the deer and Llamas was also an unexpected highlight.
