I visited the Woodwinters shop in Bridge of Allan on the spur of the moment and what a wonderful experience it was. I was mesmerised by the incredible choice available and the expert knowledge of the guy that served me. Very happy with my purchases and will definitely visit again when I get the opportunity.

Gorgeously decorated and spacious wine shop with something for every budget. We ordered some wine to pick up and had a look around and it's a really beautifully laid out shop with so much variety and options. Pretty sure you'd be hard pushed not to find something in there and they were doing some whisky tastings on the day too. A lovely atmosphere in the shop too and glad to see a shop like this still exists and not being forced into buying in a supermarket.

Beautiful shop full of everything you could ever want in the world of wine and spirits! Really personal and knowledgeable service, very helpful when you need some guidance or recommendations. They know their stuff! Also looking forward to attending a wine tasting or two when I’m no longer teetotal due to pregnancy!!

Lovely service and good selection of whiskeys. Lovely selection and excellent knowledge regarding whiskey tastes and flavours. Would recommend and don't mind revisiting again to buy some Lovely local whiskeys.

Good selection of upmarket wines and spirits and had what I wanted at a good price.Knowledgeable and friendly staff.The only drawback is the awful roadworks nearby.

Lovely shop with a rather well researched collection of wine and Whisky - getting some rare whisky bottles and travel retail. Staffing is pretty poor. 3rd time I've had to wait 10-20 mins whilst they served others (then others). Knowledgeable but ignorant.
Could be best to phone ahead for an appointment or head elsewhere

First visit to Woodwinters Bridge of Allan for us, and we can't recommend it highly enough. A great selection of alcohol, some of it limited edition bottles. Anything you need, you should be able to find it here. The in-store expert, Michael, is very knowledgeable and helpful, if you cannot make up your mind, just ask him. He certainly knows his whisky! Great shop, we will definitely come back.
