Yes, yes, yes!

It’s never too late to remember how much fun our child had here!

Been a while ago, but all was spotless and sparkly clean.

Good coffees and snacks always available and the mileage of the tunnels, slides and jumps enough to leave the little one exhausted but satisfied.

Thanks again Marco for your attention to detail!

Not safe, not clean.
This place is almost falling into a state of disrepair.
The 0-2 year zone has absolutely nothing and is very very dirty.
Extension cables were everywhere and this was quite dangerous for younger kids.
The Go Karts were not working.
Above all, they charge over £14 per kid (3 year and above) which is expensive given the state of the place.

I would not recommend.

Could be amazing, but it’s filthy. Unsafe too, choking hazards within reach of little hands, such as discarded lolly sticks, broken hair clips, and other bits of rubbish. Such a shame.

Amazing space for kids to enjoy. They have spaces organised to cater different age groups. It’s very lovely to see the grandparents enjoying with their grandkids and having a good time.
There are these toy stations and games, they are basically rigged and coming from a 3rd party vendor, not wonder world.
The cafeteria is amazing. And they also have party halls for private events.
Highly recommend to visit if you have a toddler.

I regularly take my daughters (2-5) there and they enjoy it. Staff are good helpful.
Food is ok. The only thing that needs to be improved is the hygiene in the toilets. Bleach could help to get rid of the smell. And general hygiene could be improved.

I recommend this place.

What a rip off! Both high slides closed as of 19th march. They should make this obvious before you pay. We literally climbed all the way up to the slide top before seeing they were locked up. Very disappointing. Large ball pit area was also cordoned off. The gachapon machines only work half the time, the other half they eat your coin. The recycling ride-on buttons did not work at all, the right hand mario racer fire button does not work, the air hockey table ate our coin without giving us any puck to play, and why are these places always so absolutely filthy behind the nets? How hard is it to run a portable vacuum around the joint? Honestly some of these issues are par for the course but everything together was beyond a joke.

The main slides and gokarts are not working it seems. Toilets look like they have not been cleaned for days, even though we were the first in. The two sections are not connected anymore as the slides are closed. Large soft play that the kids enjoyed but overpriced at £10 each considering half of it is closed and is dirty.

So we come here every now and again as our younger child loves it but it is really dirty.

When you first walk in you can see immediately how run down it is.

I actually dread using the toilets and same for my kids as these toilets are absolutely horrendous and the smell is worse and never any soap! They aren’t cleaned or checked.

The equipment is good for the kids but it really needs a good deep clean and the last time we were there my 3 year old was running towards us with a screwdriver that he found in the softplay area!

My husband told a female member of staff who replied oh it’s from the go karts….. Lack of health and safety right there.

This in itself was worrying and there is still holes in the Purple Slide which gets some tape put over it and then it just reappears…

If this soft-play had a really deep clean / face lift it would be a really good fun place.

Give some of the staff members there due some are nice but some look like they can’t be bothered (the girl who was meant to be watching the kids at the bottom of the steep red slide) she looked half asleep ?

Such a shame as it’s not the cheapest place! I wouldn’t eat here thought as it’s super dirty.
