Excellent service with regards to getting your passport photos done and validating your passport application renewal form. My grandmother, a 98-year-old woman who ambles with a walking stick, was recently requested to leave the premises as she waited for the taxi she'd asked them to order even though there were plenty of seats available for her to take a seat. Even if there had been no seats available, I would hope that a frail 98-year-old woman would have priority. To make things worse, we're talking about this episode happening in typical winter weather conditions. I am appalled and definitely do NOT recommend this place as the people working here, including the manager, lack the ABC of common sense and courtesy.
