I needed an Umrah visa for my wife who has an indian passport, the service was fast and efficient - would strongly reccomend to anyone searching for an umrah visa for a passport that cannot be processed online through the Saudi portal.

Cannot stress how much better the service was Vs all the other travel agents I had spoken to before - wish I'd found Woking Travel Centre sooner!

Fantastic company to deal with, always willing to accommodate Had issues with booking an earlier return flight due to unforeseen circumstances at the last minute and the problems were resolved only after speaking to the proprietor. Am based in Yorkshire and would rather book flights from Woking rather than a local travel agent.

Absolutely fantastic team working here. If the pandemic is anything to go by, then they have passed with flying colours.
I mainly dealt with a lady called Ruxhana, who is very professional yet compassionate and easy to talk to.
During this pandemic so many agents closed up and were unreachable. Woking Travel remained reachable by phone and email, and were very accommodating in the numerous calls I had to make to them plus conference calls I wanted them in with other family members. Not once did I get any negative or "fed up" vibe from them.
Very honest on a financial level and straight to the point.
A total of 6 family members of mine used this agent, with no regrets.
You may find other agents who are a few £s cheaper than them but you won't find an agent with such calm professional after care as much as these guys.
In the future I fully intend to reuse Woking Travel for my bookings.
I'm extremely impressed with their continuous professional dealings through a global crisis.
