Neil sorted out a hire van on a Friday eve and kindly arranged for collection on the Sunday so I could use it 1st thing on the Monday. The van was in excellent condition, clean & tidy. Should we need a hire van again I would definitely use this Co again. 10/10

I don't normally post reviews but I just thought I would mention this for those who are looking for a van hire. When we phoned to hire the van they took both the deposit and cost of hire as soon as the call was over. Once returning the van (which seemed to be falling apart but I can't really knock it because it did the job). We had to constantly chase to get the £250 deposit back and I didn't get it until the end of the month (the van was hired at the start). In the end we went in person to speak to them and then got it. It was quite a big hit having the cost of hire, deposit and fuel taken in one big hit and the fact they managed to take it instantly but couldn't return it in good time is a bit annoying. Just thought I would post this to make others aware of the delay if they wish to use this service.

Van hire was okay, I was told Deposit would refund after 7 days but didn’t, over a month later and still waiting for deposit to be refunded despite a number of calls and promised deposit would be refunded straight away. Still waiting sadly
