I am so glad that I have booked my first Umrah trip with Mohsin Bahi from Wish Travel. It was easy and hassle free process. I have been give. Different options/packages to choose from.
The hotel is Madinah was 5* and about 50 steps away masjid door.
The Hotel in Makkah was 4* and about 7 mins walk to Haram shareef.
My flight was very good with just over 2 hour wait in Bahrain.
It was an amazing experience to do my first Umrah and thank you for making it hassle free and easy for me. My ALLAH give more Barakah in your business AMEEN

I would never recommend this person. Me and my wife booked Hajj with this company, everything he promised to do he didn't do. He was supposed to be our guide, he never even went turned up himself. He done this with a number of people. When confronted he was rude and obnoxious and never even apologised. Gave us a completely different hotel to what we booked. I have photos and messages that show all the services we booked with him, he never fulfilled any of them. He put us through so much stress. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

We booked this company for Hajj this year and would warn everyone to stay away from this company. The owner is dishonest, rude, disrespectful and caused us a great deal of stress.

He promised us that he would be travelling with his wife and they would act as guides during Hajj but they didn’t travel.

I did not receive my visa until 2 hours before I had to be at the airport. This was a huge ordeal and I was told many lies in the week leading up to my travel date. Another family member did not receive his visa and couldn’t travel until 4 days later. They were promised that their stay would be extended but it wasn’t and no refund was given.

He promised us educational sessions on Hajj but these never happened.

On arrival at the hotel in Makkah, my wife and I had been allocated different hotels. It was with great difficulty, we managed to negotiate our stay in the same hotel.

There was nobody to guide us with the Umrah or Hajj as promised.

There were supposed to be several ziyarats but these did not occur with this company. Thankfully an imam from another company took us on many ziyarats.

This company deserves zero stars and it’s disgraceful how they take advantage of people and don’t deliver a service which has been paid for.

My parents booked this company for Hajj this year (June 2024) and I would warn everyone to stay away from this company. The owner was very rude to me on the phone saying he does not give a crap about the issues we faced due to his wrong doings.

My father did not receive his visa until 2 hours before he had to be at the airport. My father was told to collect his visa at 1.30pm via text message; on arrival at the agency, my dad was waiting for over 3 hours at the office on the day of travel waiting for news of the visa, even though he was told it had come through.

He promised us educational sessions on Hajj but these never happened.

My parents paid for category B Minaa accomodation, but on arrival we were told we ordered and paid for Category D.

This company deserves zero stars and it’s disgraceful how they take advantage of people and don’t deliver a service which has been paid for. They are a very dishonourable company.

We booked our Iraq Tour with Wish Tours, excellent service, they made the whole booking process very easy and smooth. We visited so many places and some amazing holy sites as per the itinerary. Our tour leader was very good and knowledgeable, throughout the whole journey he shared some greatknowledge and history, the experience was amazing.
I would definitely recommend anyone to booking a holidays or tours to use Wish Tours Service.

I have booked my family Umrah trip with wish tours in September. Everything from tickets to hotels, visa & transport arranged well in time. Our Hotels were very well maintained as explained by Mr Shah before we depart from London.

I have never been more humiliated in my life. Worst time in my life, and your experience has given me anxiety. Disappointment when we got in our hotels because we paid a lot of money and accommodations were really really low standards I would never recommend anyone for these people I think they just robbed us for giving us very low standards accommodation and sevice. Please do not get scammed by these people. May Allah guide them or break there backs!!

We paid premium money and did not get what we were promised.

In Makkah, we were told it would be a 10-15 min walk to masjid al haram, however it took us 3 times more the walk. when it came to the ziyaaraat, it was very very rushed such that we did not stop at places like ghar e hira, instead just drove past it and looked from the coach. there was very little communication with the leader of the group such that we had to do everything ourselves and find out where everything is.

we were promised that we would visit Badr, however we did not stop there at all and I was greatly disappointed since we travelled from Makkah to Madinah close to the anniversary of Badr.

in Madinah Sharif, we were given a very poor quality hotel for the amount of money we gave whereas the leaders of the group were in an elite hotel. mukhtar gharbi was our hotel and everything was broken/old inside it although it was relatively close to masjid al nabawi. in terms of the ziyaaraat, a list was made of the places we would visit, however we only stopped at Uhud, Masjid Quba, and Masjid Qiblatayn. The rest of the ziyaaraat were done by viewing them from the coach.

I was greatly disappointed by this group and would not recommend anyone to travel with them if you plan to go.

As well as this, this group was in direct collaboration with a known innovator in Mr Shahid Mehmood who has ruined the image of the Ahlussunnah in the Subcontinent through his antics in the naat mehfils.
