Wonderful monument to visit and great to have this level of freedom of access. The path up is quite steep so requires reasonable footwear. There is a lay-by adjacent to the graveyard with a few parking spaces which you can then cross the road to get to the footpath up the hill

very nice place for a walk with children or a dog, wide paths sometimes more wild paths in the forest.. access to the tower very easy and a huge place on the grass to relax. nice view around. if you want to return a different way than you came you can get a little lost because it is a bit poorly marked.

Walked here from the local town through a lovely forest. Fantastic views of the area and you can walk up the 120 steps to the top.

Grand Monument with outstanding views. Tower was open during our visit and is worth the climb up to the top for even more great views.

Beautiful views once at the monument. A moderate walk up a slightly rocky path to get there on the route we took, and was very peaceful once there, but I can imagine it gets busy on a warm day.
