Teri was brilliant and went above and beyond during the process of buying our first home!!

From the start, she listened to our requirements and knew exactly what type of property we were looking for, arranging a viewing for us for the property that turned out to be the one before it was even on Rightmove.

Nothing is ever simple when buying a property, but Teri was amazing at chasing solicitors when they needed to be chased (which turned out to be quite a lot!), dealing with a rather inpatient chain, and always kept us informed as to what was going on.

You can tell that Teri genuinely cares about every single client. We can’t thank her enough for all of her hard work in finally getting our purchase through, and I would 100% recommend her if you’re looking for a friendly, professional and knowledgable estate agent!!

Lovely property, as we are trying to downsize, we found the property bigger than expressed in the agents pictures, also we are trying to get a property closer to the beach than the one viewed today. I would also add, we found it quite inconvenient, that everything about the property eg gas, electric “ ask the agent”, why can’t it be stated in the description of the property so we can see before the visit. Please thank the owner as she was very welcoming and answered all our questions and wish all the best for the future

Tom in the office provided excellent assistance today when I called at short notice with the boiler engineer 15 minutes away and no tenant home. His action to let the engineer in was very much appreciated as was the time Sam you carried a fridge from one flat to another and saved me the lengthy journey to carry out the task. In addition Lauren chased up the universal Credit on behalf of the tenant which has resulted in a significant part of the rent now being paid, something I would never have thought of. It's this sort of service that a landlord miles away from the property really sees value in. Well done Guys.
