Avoid this post office! This place should be closed forever! There is a problem each time when I go there to send my shipment. They even were not able to confirm my identity saying they do not know how. Next time I went to send very important letter using special delivery option but the lady forgot to give me a receipt with the tracking number and the docs were lost . And there is always the same indian origin lady who have no clue how to do her job properly! Very frustrating...I have never had such a problem when go to Binley post office , troubles only at Willehhall one!

Avoid at all cost!! I never experienced such horrible service ever. I'm still in shock of what happened, went there to drop of a parcel but needed some tape, asked the lady behind the counter if she has tape which she responded in a rude manner "NO" I turn to my left and see tape on the shelf, she told me I had to pay by the till. I asked her if I can leave my package on the side which she also responded "NO". As I walked away to pay for the tape I told her that she is being very rude. When I came back I got back in line when it was my turn she told me SHE WOULDN'T BE SERVING ME?! BECAUSE I CONFRONTED HER ABOUT BEING RUDE? Another customer heard everything and he told me to file a complaint when the guy behind the till told him "shut up it has nothing to do with you" I've never witnessed such treatment of paying customers before. A verbal fight broke out between the other customer and staff. Stay far far away, these people are nuts!!

Attempted to use this post office to tax a car that had previously been registered as Disable tax class, after a couple of attempts they told me to call the DVLA and send the docs via post. After alot of back and forth from the dvla was told to try again, however I went to a different post office (remembrance road). The same issue came up, however the chap behind the counter asked me to fill in a form and I then taxed the car immediately. If I had known this post office could have done that I would have not had to wait 3 weeks to tax my car. Poor service, nothing explained correctly and did not actually help in any way. Won't be using again, I will just use my now taxed car and drive to any other post office in the coventry area. Avoid at all costs.

It makes sense that when you have a bad experience at a place, the first thing you want to do is make sure other people don't experience that too, and therefore leave a bad review.

But to be honest, I've used this post office from time to time for over a year now, and I've not had any bad service. Maybe I caught the owners on a good day, who knows. The gentlemen don't talk a lot, but they're probably busy and everyone I've met who's ever owned a post office hasn't been very happy about it anyways (it's almost like they're closing down across the country or something)...

Anyway, this is a decent, average post office. Sure it could be better, but it sure as hell isn't the worst.

I went there to post something in a special envelope and for few other things. They did an excellent job in guiding me and completing it.

Last time when I went months back, the people were just ok. But now two new faces and they did good 👍

Two separate queues were kept, one for post and another for buying items. Both were maintained properly.

Embarrassing decided to close a day early and despite being able to see my parcel they wouldn't give it to me. Website says open until 12pm. Christmas ruined brilliant thanks.
