We were pleased with the handover and the return of the caravan.
The van was clean and the only thing that we couldn't get to work at thePinewoods Holiday campsite in Wells on the Sea was the TV.

I was nor impressed with WildernX.
After I paid the reqired initial booking fee of about £250, we could not proceed using the rented caravan because of an urgent problem at home, I cancelled the booking.
Surprisingly I was told by WildernX accomodation, that me deposit of £250 could not be refunded because of their 'terms and conditions'.
I my view this is bad practice that a deposit is not paid back even with at least a weeks notice given.
I will not book anything with WildernX in the future again.

Me and my partner went away for a lovely bank holiday weekend away at kelling heath. Neil was absolutely brilliant from start to finish - he showed us how to use the van and gave us his mobile which he advised we could contact whenever if we had any issues (which we didn’t) Van was in brilliant condition - we had wildernx 2 which was fully equipped and very easy to use. Everyone on site found our little van amazing at how spacious it really is inside! With the awning we had plenty of room and anything bigger would have been silly for us. We also took our bikes which the vans fold up beds allowed us to put these away with ease. Will definitely be using this company again! 5 stars from me⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Booked the caravan online and it was so easy to do. Easy to navigate and there was lots of pictures of the caravan we were hiring. Communication was great and answered all of our questions especially since it was our first caravanning trip and first time towing one.
We had a fantastic time away and the caravan was just perfect for us and our 2 labradors. The caravan was the right size, the beds were so comfy, lots of storage above the beds and underneath, the kitchen, cooker and hob did the job, but we didn’t manage to use the microwave/air fryer as we didn’t hook up to the electric. However, the battery charged quickly with the solar panel on the roof.
The fridge was the right size and we could store all of our food for the 4 days in there and even store the ice cubes for the wine in the little freezer compartment at the top.
The shower was a good size too.
Tv worked perfectly and the picture was excellent.
This caravan was 5 star fantastic and we are already planning our next trip.
