The service is good, the ferry itself is pretty reliable, but let's face it, it's not cheap, and if you are an islander there is a lack of respect in how it's priced. Even the multi link tickets that make it cheaper for residents can't be used on all services. The Fast Cat is better, but restrictions on other services make it feel like we are 2nd class.

Went to the Isle of white by Wightlink and used the web site to book tickets nice and easy to use. Got to the terminal and sailed through (excuse the pun) staff are helpful as we had a dog and luggage can't fault it as it was plain sailing all the way! In all an enjoyable process there and back.

Nice place overall. All the information display are perfect.

Ample seating arrangement with luggage to park inside the ferry. You can also go to the top of the ferry to enjoy sea view.
