Spotlessly clean everywhere, very helpful from booking to arrival. We stayed several years ago when there were more facilities and we did miss the pool, restaurant and reception. But we had a lovely time, the children loved the play area and its a very peaceful, safe environment. Great to have an enclosed patio for our children and lovely big patio doors. Hopefully the pool and restaurant will reopen. Bonus was the mobile wood fired pizza man.

Staff were excellent. Very friendly and helpful answering any questions both before and during our stay. The bungalow was nice, clean and had everything we needed for our two week stay. We were disappointed that the 17 acres were not all accessible due to building works and there were no tennis courts or other lesiure facilities or shop on site. That said, there were a couple of greens that the children were able to play on. The site was generally peaceful as is the West side of the Island in general, yet it was easy to walk into Yarmouth and drive to visit the rest of the island.

The accommodation was as we expected. Very clean and perfect for us as a couple. Everything we needed was in the apartment and Toni was excellent sorting everything out for us. Would certainly stay there again

Wonderful in every way..
excellent customer service, friendly & helpful, clean & comfy accommodation, easy to book.
We stayed in both two bed & 3 bed properties here, great value, with everything you need for your stay.
So good we have booked multiple times and we will definitely be returning
Also very helpful with ferry bookings for your visit if you ask.
Highly recommend a visit for business or pleasure.

We absolutely love staying at West Bay Cottages (Wight Staycation Ltd), Freshwater (Near Yarmouth Ferry port), Isle Of Wight. So close to WightLink Yarmouth Ferry Port and the island is so petite that you are close to almost everything else to do.
I can confirm that they do have wheelchair accessible apartments, we stay in Munday 9 which is ideal for my husband.
Toni (Stokes) is always helpful every year that we go back!
Definitely recommend a stay there.

Had a nice stay over Easter weekend been here many many times before
Toni at wightstaycation so helpful and kept us in the loop as our chalet had no hot water and this was quickly solved after call with Toni
think as not many chalets have been occupied for a while they are having problems when first occupied
The site is unfortunately changing so much with building works going on and the changing facilities with no children’s play area no tennis courts and no sports facilities
It was very quiet with. Not many people on site as seems to be with the uncertainty of what is going to happen here over next year
Still a lovely place as a base with nice greens for children to play outside providing you are by the side as you turn into the site and not at bk where building works are now taking place
