Still can’t believe they are charging a 20p entry for toilets, without a contactless option either. I’m not even surprised at this point… knowing how third world this country is.

Just tried to use accessible toilets at Wigan Bus Station. I used my Radar key to open the lock but they are locked with another key. I needed to adjust my stoma bag because it's uncomfortable but I can't. I can't find any staff either. Not good, accessible toilets I can't access.

Ignorant drivers, ignorant company, stupid times for buses to run like 07:30am on a Sunday, really, too many of them, idling and leaving the engines running polluting the areas. Old worn out noisy buses!

Well kept up to date station , very clean , staff on hand to help plus plenty of info screens for bus and train services, cash machine , toilets and small shop and enquiry room too all undercover

Could of easily been in Somalia, why was there so many Africans about before 16:00 maybe because none of them work and we must pay for them through our taxes...

Brand new bus station, opened 28/10/18. Vast improvement on the old facility on the same site! Bright, and clean, with friendly helpful staff! 20p to spend a penny though...
