I bought my partner a virgin experience day, but he was half a stone over the weight limit for the R22. We were told he couldn't go up for his helicopter lesson. The virgin website does not specify. We had travelled 2 and a half hours. And we're so disappointed.
Luckily they were able to arrange the R44 for slightly more, but this allowed him to have his helicopter lesson. They were very accommodating and could see our disappointment and worked this out for us.
All ended well. My partner loved it and the pilot was awesome.

After my daughter booked a flying lesson in June for a surprise 40th for her husband, they told her today nearly 4 months later it couldn’t go ahead due to the paperwork not being ready, how disgusting, appalling and just shows you what type of company this is, don’t waste your money as these people please themselves if they work or not. Not about other people they hurt!!!! Only one star just to be able to write a review or wouldn’t get that.

Amazing time yesterday flying from Betws y Coed. They managed to book us in short notice and we had an unforgettable time. Hotel was very welcoming for drinks and food and flight was well organised and on time.

The customer service over the phone is absolutely shocking, receptionist has no clue what she's doing and is very unwilling to help.

Thank you guys for an amazing time. My husband booked this for my 30th birthday; unfortunately we got stuck
in motorway traffic due to an accident and nearly missed our flight time; the team were incredibly accomodating switching things around to make sure we still got to fly!! Massive relief 🙂 thank you Pat & Alistair for that ☺️ Pilot was knowledgeable and calm, just what a nervous wreck like me needed. Cracking jokes to calm the atmosphere. Great experience, will definitely be coming again. Thank you everyone. ❤️

Had a wonderful experience. I had never been in a helicopter before so was slightly nervous but I was reassured and I felt fine once in the helicopter. It was a pleasant journey which was smooth and the pilot pointed out key land marks in North Wales. Overall was lovely and enjoyable.
