Having researched removals firms we eventually decided to use these guys. They were extremely helpful from the very beginning, promptly answering questions via email and phone calls, reassuring us with their knowledge of removals. On the day of the removal we were greeted by Mark, Dylan and Simon who all made the effort to say hello and run through things with us. They arrived in an amazing 'rigid' truck and clearly looked well prepared for what we had. They did an amazing job packing it and considering our house was a town house and had LOTS of steps, they just got on with the job. The truck was loaded with precision and nothing looked 'unbalanced' I would say. They were chatty and friendly throughout the packaging process and was great to know them. The following day we drove to our storage facility in Bridgend where they had already been waiting and so it was reassuring to know everything was on track. They did a brilliant job of getting stuff into the containers and managed to fit it in with about half a metre to spare (superb effort). When asking if they would be available to move our stuff from the storage to our planned house in Porthcawl, they were quite happy to confirm that wouldn't be a problem (assuming availability of course).

I would thoroughly recommended these guys and the company as a whole as you truly get a 'deal' that's well worth it. The staff are a real testiment to the professionalism of the company and was great to see a service that works well across the board from start to finish. Brilliant job done, we're so happy how it went!

Whites removals were super helpful from the get go, I had quite specific needs which they most definitely met. I had already emigrated when the team came in and completed the packing for me. I had a couple of phone calls to confirm all was good. A top quality service from start to finish. I guess that's why I've used Whites again.

I highly recommend this company. I truly wish the solicitors involved were as efficient as Whites in making the removal process run so smoothly....they weren't! So a straight removal turned into 5 month storage. Whites didn't bat an eyelid, though I'm sure it wasn't something that was achieved at the drop of a hat. The storage charges were competitive I didn't feel like I was being ripped off by them capitalising on my situation - for which I was very grateful.
The initial consultation with Matthew was outstanding. He was great and came up with a very competitive price and kept me informed of progress of the contract etc.,
The removal men who also packed much of the stuff were efficient, friendly and prompt in their arrival. Up until the 11th hour they were loading for a straight removal....until it 'fell through'. There was no drama when plans had to change - for which I was grateful, they took it all in their stride.
The gentlemen who came to deliver the furniture out of storage, when it finally happened, were equally polite, friendly and helpful.

I have to make a special mention to Alison Hibbert who was absolutely amazing in co-ordinating dates that would work for both of us. She was patience personified; always understanding, reassuring and accommodating. She was at times the solitary voice of sanity in a chaotic scenario offering reassurance when I needed to know that at least one element and person in the whole process could be trusted. I really can't thank her enough.

I would not hesitate to use this company again - if I ever need to move in the future.

I can’t say moving is a joy, but White’s have certainly made it a lot less painful for us. We sold our house - but the one we intended to buy fell through. So we decided to put everything in storage. First time for us as always moved between houses.
Whites carefully packed our goods into 17 large wooden crates which took 4 visits. The crates were lifted from the lorry and put into secure storage. Our outside ornaments (ladders, birdbaths planters etc were also transported but stored outside).
It took 6 months to find our next home. Whites worked with us to pick out the most logical containers to deliver first (kitchen, main Bedroom etc). The original plan was to have 4 containers a week, but when we fell ill (very bad cough and cold) , Whites were very accommodating and revised the schedule. The organisation was superb. People arrived when planned with the selected containers and all the guys were careful and very considerate.
Overall, Highly recommended.

White & Com Removals, Telford, were very helpful. They turned up on time, and were very efficient at packing up my home. I felt sorry for them as i hadn't managed to pack up much. My things were safely loaded on their large removal van, and safely delivered to a secure storage facility. The service was excellent. Thank you
