Wow!! Must have seen in excess of 40 whales, diving Gannets, seals etc on a most unusually flat calm sea. September is deffo the right time of year and this company provides solid boats and a wealth of experience. It made my year!!

Didn't see much on the 2 hour wildlife trip, but it was a beautiful boat with a great crew!

We went on the 2 hour wildlife trip (in the week in August) but unfortunately didn't see much apart from gannets. But if you see it as a longer boat trip where you get to experience more of the more open sea, have nice views of the coast, views of the abbey, views of all the lighthouses and some bird watching, then it's not as bad.

You felt they did try and search as much as they could, but I think it would be good to have more info on their website of what animals to expect at different times of the year to avoid too high expectations. Also as it was advertised as a wildlife tour, they didn't give much apologies for their not being much sightings (as other boat companies tend to do).

The prices are quite reasonable though.

An amazing experience. My son and I was fortunate enough to see the fin of a minke whale and a couple of seals, abit gutted I couldn't get a picture but still a memory my son is telling everyone about. Although you are told at the beginning sightings are not guaranteed they are constantly informed by local fishermen so they have a good idea of where to start looking

Absolutely amazing experience. A wonderful day out spotting minke whales and porpoises. The boat felt very safe and everyone was extremely helpful and informative. Even on the way back in we spotted 2 further minke whales and the driver stopped for us to view them and was happy to return to port an hour late to give us this wonderful time. There are also a large pod of bottlenose dolphins travelling up and down the coast which were seen the day after, unfortunately we didn’t see them but they are there together with a good population of minke whales , seals and sea birds.
