This is the damage caused to my car when I was hit by a Wheadons coach. The driver had entered the roundabout too fast and then veered out of his lane into the side of my car. He admitted full liability to myself and his boss during a telephone conversation. However 6 months later this Company are now denying liability despite me having a Witness statement from a passenger who was travelling on the coach had already voiced her concern about the way and speed he was driving. Please take my advice and if you have the misfortune to be involved in an accident with this company ring the Police and let them deal with them. Shame on you Wheadons!

This depot can probs give D. Vandyke a run for his money with who’s been around longer. It’s looked exactly the same since first being built. No modern shutters, no lick of paint, no new logo. I suppose what you see is what you get (hopefully you haven’t got 20/20 vision). Coaches are mainly school buses and occasional cross country travel. Drivers aren’t very experienced, I encounter them everyday due to the local schools and whenever there’s a traffic issue it’s usually down to a Wheadons coach. Not the worst travel company but far from the best.

We spent 5 days in the Cardiff area with a group of 13 students and 2 teachers. We had an amazing time thanks to a very professional, experienced, flexible and very friendly driver named Mark. He was always available to answer our questions, gave us useful tips and greatly contributed to making this school trip a memorable success. One of their coaches hit my car in December 2023. They do not respond to myself or insurance company for 6 months now denying the claim. Luckily I took witness details at the time.

We would like to thank Wheadons coaches for a first class service on our trip to London last Saturday. Colin our driver was so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble for him. It wasn't the easiest of journeys with an accident on the M4 and road works where we being dropped and picked up in Central London. We will definitely be booking Wheadons next time our Charity is going to London.

We hired Wheaton coaches for our wedding to take our guests from the church to the venue!!! All I can say is this company were FANTASTIC!!!!!! They were accommodating letting us decorate and have drinks on the buses. The buses were so clean and the drivers were so friendly!!!!! The best bit is this company were so responsive to their emails and made planning our wedding that little bit less stressful!!!!! Thank you!!!!! Would highly recommend!!!!!!
