Great event venue for sailing. Sheltered inner harbour leading to outer harbour sheltered by large breakwater. Big gravel car park opposite the entrance to the venue. Segregated changing for children and adults for both women and men. Large boat hard standing and launching is all concrete. Good cafe and coffee shop on-site. However for a venue of its size I would have thought it would have an on-site chandelry, but no.

Weymouth and Portland are absolutely gorgeous places to go. Lots of hidden gems that only locals know about. We only know due to having family living in Weymouth

Beautiful place. I am proud to have had the Olympics on Portland. Staff are fantastic and friendly. Lovely cafe on site. Enjoy watching the Fliteboards. They are so amazing. Beautiful just watching here with GBR teams out practising with other nations.

This is the Olympic Sailing centre of our last British Olympics. The waters are perfect for all water sports as are the conditions. Five star venue!

Great facilities, went to a open day where kids got to try sailing kayaking and paddle boarding for free. Also great place for wedding venue.

Great spot to watch all the action on the water. Head to the cafe for outside seating. Lovely range of food and drink on offer. Loads of watersports for adults and kids. Can't beat a pic with the Olympic rings!
