Amazing experience. We were in a serious situation and in a rush, not many moving companies were willing to work with the dates we needed, and many of the ones I contacted either gave us very inflated quotes due to this or kept changing their prices.

From the moment I got in touch with Weston & Edwards, they were consistent, professional, and polite. Their quote never changed, and I really appreciated that. Jenni was absolutely lovely, incredibly kind and helpful. Whenever I worried about the customs paperwork, she reassured me that they had it under control, and everything would be ok. They were very thorough and asked for far more details than my previous moving company, which made me feel that my belongings were in safe hands. Jenni was also very understanding of the difficult position we were in.

The moving men were fantastic too, they arrived a day early and slept somewhere nearby so they could start early the next morning. That made a huge difference, especially since we were under time pressure and had some heat-sensitive items. The movers were very friendly, polite, quick, and efficient as well. They handled everything with care, loaded the van fast, and when we arrived at our destination, they placed all the boxes in the right rooms, checking with us as they went. We gave them space to work, and they got everything done smoothly.

We’re still unpacking, but all the fragile items were opened first, and so far, nothing has been damaged. There were no hidden fees, and communication was excellent throughout, they kept me updated at every stage, no issues whatsoever 🙂

I’ll definitely be using them again in the future, they were by far the best moving company I contacted. Thank you so much everyone at Weston & Edwards for helping us through such a stressful time!

I was let down by a removal company DJR services (don’t use them !!)
But I’m glad, because the service with Weston & Edwards was brilliant & completely different to DJR services.

From initially speaking to Sam, who was able to slot me in, so that I could meet my completion. To the actual moving days with Scott & Harvey. They couldn’t have been more positive, with a can-do attitude, relax, we’ve got this, it’s not a problem & courteous & nicer team of people to work with

Weston & Edwards moved us from a large second floor duplex apartment in North Somerset to a bungalow in Shropshire. Having been in apartment for eighteen years and being a couple of octogenarian hoarders I luckily decided to have Weston and Edwards pack for us, and what a brilliant job they did. All of our precious things (all of our junk as well) arrived safely due to the diligent way everything was packed. Nothing was too much trouble for these guys, who in every way went the extra mile. Two guys (Lee and Luke ) were with us for two days and travelled, Scott and Stuart assisted. Anybody who thinks us Brits don't work hard enough should see these guys graft. I haven't yet recovered from the exhaustion of watching. Having only exchanged contracts on the 23rd we didn't have enough time for normal preparation, and not once did they express the slightest disapproval. Well done Weston and Edwards one of my better decisions was avail myself of your services, from prompt estimate, to query answering to final delivery the staff were always patient, polite friendly and helpful.

Weston & Edwards arrived on time and were courteous and professional, all our furniture and belongings went into storage for seven months.
Our furniture was moved into our new home when we requested and was again professional and courteous, a job well done.
The price we agreed is what we paid.

Excellent service. The guys were friendly, careful and incredibly efficient. They worked extremely hard and got everything done very quickly. The move was as smooth and effortless as it could possibly be, the customer service was excellent, and nothing got lost or broken at all. I can't recommend them enough, fantastic company.

We moved from France back to the UK and dealing with Weston & Edwards was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Moving house is extremely stressful (and even more so when it is between countries) but the way that everyone in the company carried out their roles minimised this as much as possible. The handling of the admin side by Jenni, along with the removal and delivery of our furniture by Chris and Jordan, was excellent in every way. Everyone was friendly, efficient, courteous and professional. We would not hesitate to recommend.

Very pleased with the service we received from Weston & Edwards. From start to finish they were very efficient. Best removal company EVER. We were really nervous to move from a 3 story house to a 2 story. They were quick to calm our nerves. Great banter, efficient, courteous. Easiest move we have ever had. Professional, polite, perfect.
