This is how one of your drivers has parked a coach in front of the Windsor and Eaton Riverside station. This is very unprofessional as it is distracting other road users. The driver is currently resting inside the coach. When he came to the bus stop to start picking up people saw he was on the phone while the engine was running

We met the bus on a narrow road in the Lake District. - on the road over Kirkstone Pass the A592. The road was totally unsuitable for a vehicle of this size. Whilst the driver was courteous he caused about 30 vehicles a lot of delay and inconvenience. Does your company ever plan routes with any regard to the type of roads you use. The Cumbrian roads are a lot narrower and more winding than in London, and reversing is not easy. The bus could only pass by being well over the central white line. What happens when it meets another large vehicle coming the other way?

On the 26th of June the driver of coach BG65 VXD collided with me, on my bike, during a reckless overtake. The driver proceeded to swear at me as he drove off. Management were informed and they promised to investigate - I never heard from them again.

Nearly got smashed into twice by a Lunatic Driving a Westbus London Coach on Finchley Road. Initially he changed lanes without indicating and despite me being in the overtaking lane and very close to having an impact. Very shortly after this he was driving in the middle of the lanes for about 400 metres. A minute or two later he deliberately tried to crash into my vehicle (no warning was given by him that he intended to change lane) when he saw me trying to pass in the fast lane (a grievance he had with me because I hooted him because of his first hazardous manoeuvre).

It is totally outrageous that this company allows someone to drive such a large vehicle so recklessly on Public Roads.
I HAVE VIDEO EVIDENCE OF THE ABOVE THAT I WILL BE SUBMITTING TO THIS COMPANY TO PROVE THIS STATEMENT.

Please can you stop parking and waiting on Hampton Lane for the schools to finish, parking is awful as it is and getting onto the driveways can be a nightmare when you block them.

He failed to understand that Westbury driver swearing xxxx at me with childern inside his coach was terrible.

I was not waiting for a child at any school.

Drivers don’t think red lights apply to them. Just encountered one of their buses on finborough road in London. OVE plate. Ran a red light and nearly killed a cyclist
