Wonderful guest house, hosts are so attentive and friendly. The room had everything we could possibly wish for; even extras you wouldn’t expect for a guest house were in the room like a fan, a mini fridge, a makeup mirror, cotton buds and cotton pads plus more. The room was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and the bed was so so comfy. We stayed in an en-suite room, which had a beautiful view of the sea.

There is even a little bar downstairs which does cocktails and breakfast is available too! Lots of games are available for children so very child friendly!

Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Margate for any occasion, whether holiday or work! Location is just a short walk along promenade to centre of Margate! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Lovely friendly couple. Exceptionally clean very quiet location. Clean cosy rooms. It was rather hot but given a fan. Shared bathrooms but clean. Very near the sea. Tesco Express is nearby. Like they have USB plugs in rooms and blackout curtains. Local information in folder. Tea coffee TV. Room serviced. Fresh towels. The bed was clean and comfortable. A lovely getaway would book again.

Very good value. The house has been renovated but retains its character. Hosts are kind, friendly, helpful and hardworking. Setting is lovely, near to tennis courts and a lovely beach view.
The area is quiet and safe, with a late night Tesco a short walk away.

Our stay was perfect. Everything was gorgeous, modern and sparkling clean. A great place for families, they have games, books, movies and even buckets and spades that can be borrowed for the beach. It's literally a 2 minute walk from the beach, had a walk across the sand before we had our breakfast which was cooked perfectly (the hash browns were the best I've ever had). We will definitely stay again next time we are in Margate!

We had an incredible stay! The rooms are beautiful and the entire place was spotless. We shared a bathroom and it was immaculate and just across the hall. Tracy and Colin are absolutely lovely and so helpful. The breakfast was delicious and such good value. The location was perfect for the beach, Dreamland and the old town. We also met the three beautiful cats (not allowed into the guest area but Tracy kindly let us say hello.). I was staying with my 5 year old and there were so many games and books, and she was made very welcome!! I would definitely recommend and will absolutely come back. Such a nicer experience than an air b and b….. stay here instead!

Lovely hosts, we enjoyed a nice drink in the garden from the bar on arrival. Stayed in the courtyard double room which we thought was excellent value for money. Super clean, comfortable, good shower and useful items such as hairdryer and makeup mirror. Felt safe and quiet area with parking on site and walking distance to town centre. Ideal choice for a weekend break.

I stayed her with a group of my friends for a birthday. The hosts were extremely welcoming and lovely. All aspects of the property were clean and had an extreme eye for detail. The location was excellent as-well with it only being around two minutes from the beach front with great views of the ocean from some of the rooms. Would highly recommend for anyone wishing to stay with a large group.

Lovely place to stay. Clean, welcoming friendly hosts Tracy and Colin. My grandson loved the room and would love to stay again, as would I. Breakfast was tasty and hot.
Will return and won't be staying anywhere else.
