We stayed in Vale Cottage and were very impressed from the minute we entered the property.
The welcome pack was of excellent quality and plenty of it. The cottage was very clean and well set out.
As a power chair user accessibility was perfect and the wet Room is set up very well. They also have other equipment which you can request if required.
It is definitely worth every penny paid and I cannot recommend it highly enough.

We stayed here for a week and it was lovely. We had such a lovely time in the vale cottage, the pod and garden was amazing to stay in during evening times and the sunset view is beautiful. The cottage it self is worth the money when we arrived we had everything we needed from free wifi and games to a free welcome package. The cottage is huge and has plenty of space for 8 people. The owners are so sweet and their cats too who are very friendly.

Our second wonderful visit to Wellspring Farm Cottages and we have already booked again for next year 😁

This time we stayed in Moor Cottage, it is beautifully laid out, well equipped with everything you could want. All the facilities are to a really high standard, we found the super king size bed extremely comfortable and slept very well. The welcome pack is super, with freshly baked bread, which was still warm, tea, coffee and biscuits.

We thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the decking watching the dragonflies and other wildlife in and around the pond. We especially like the remoteness of the cottages, we have seen deer, hare, buzzards, weasels, a red tailed kite and fungi a-plent. We also saw a seal in Scarborough Harbour and even a pod of dolphins in Filey Bay.

If you like walking, cycling and getting away from it all, then this is the place for you 😊

The thoughtful welcome pack - fresh bread, eggs, biscuits, milk and fruit cake set the tone for a really enjoyable stay in Moor cottage. Set in a beautiful location, the cottage has been refurbished to an incredibly high standard and has a really well appointed kitchen. We spent a wonderful few days there over Easter with friends and cannot recommend it highly enough. Have travelled far and wide and can truly say we have never come across rental accommodation that matches Moor cottage for overall standard in every category!

Superb holiday cottage - we’ve had a great week at Vale Cottage, Wellspring Farm with our family of six adults, a 5 month old baby and 2x labradors. Spacious, well designed space for a family, incredibly well spec’d accommodation, loved the glass bubble and views. Couldn’t fault it!

This has been one of the nicest and best value cottages we have stayed in. On arrival we had some lovely welcome gifts and over the week we stayed, we have been really happy wtih the accomodation.

Our children loved the friendly cats that live nearby and it's a very peaceful and tranquil area. If you drive an EV it's super helpful having on site charging, which is very reasonably priced.
