Arrived back at Heathrow airport checked the queue for the black cab service, very long queue, once I arrived at the front of the queue I was told they wanted between £185 - £200 I was told the price list on the wall was out of date!
0 stars for service or price. But then one of the porters at the airport suggested i go to Terminal 2 i was given a free train ticket and went to
* We Know group help desk*, he was very helpful and arranged a taxi at £117 , only waited 5 minutes someone took me to where the taxi was waiting for me. thankyou so much for your excellent service and to the the driver , he was very kind, I cannot fault any of the staff. 5*****

Please be careful - this is a scammer company selling SIM card without credit inside.

I've bought a Vodafone SIM card at their counter at Heathrow Terminal 2. They sold me a SIM card (60 quids for 25GB data) but there's no data in it. When I asked their customer service how can I resolve it. They suggested me either going back to the airport or send an email. However, they never reply my email and it is not possible to go back to the airport counter as I am out of London already.
Avoid at all cost.

Don't go here!! We got scammed into buying Heathrow express tickets here, and the sales person told us it would cost 50 pounds per person for two train trips (into London + back to the airport) if you're using the oyster card. So instead sold us tickets for 40 pounds per person for two trips on the Heathrow express. However it only costs 5 pounds with the oyster card to go to Heathrow (one way) with either of the tube lines. In my opinion it's not worth it to take the Heathrow express.

Do not use this service! After paying £15 for their e-shuttle services, we received an email of a picture of the shuttle bus that would be arriving to our hotel. We waited for an hour and no shuttle bus came to pick us up, we missed our flight home. Within this hour we tried to communicate with them and they were unable to be reached. We were charged the entire amount and after emailing their customer service centre, they were rude and did not want to issue me a refund in any way. Alex from the customer service centre said a ride had arrived, but it was a completely different vehicle outside of the description emailed to us. This is a company error as they were proving us misleading information and no help at the time and they will still not give us our money back seeing how they failed to offer us their services. Very unfortunate, not worth going through them and avoid at all costs!

Asked the attendant for the cheapest - not the fastest or most convenient, but the cheapest - route to Reading, and was quoted a price of £25-£26 for the bus or the train.

This is not true. At time of writing, you can take the local A4 bus to Slough for £2, and you can then get the train to Reading for £11.50 if you book in advance. £25 > £13.50.

WeKnow? Yeah, "we know" we're trying to squeeze the most money out of people. Shameful that this is the welcome travellers get to the UK.

🚨AVOID HERE AT ALL COSTS 😡 I was charged £25 for a £15 prepay O2 sim card. Can’t believe a company full of scam like this operates in London. Hate to even give one star.
