Can’t leave a zero if I could I would!
If your children use this service to and from school then be very careful, their so called trained drivers like to get off the bus and leave the child in the middle of nowhere for 15mins with the doors open on the dark nights, all because he wants to! Also like to get off the bus and go to the chip shop for their tea while taking children home from school! Be careful leaving your children in their safety! I did leave this review on Facebook but company took the review section off! Just goes to show what kind of company it is!!

Drivers love the air con, passengers travel with their coats on. They say temperature is climate controlled 😂 Take your own loo roll and paper towels for onboard loos.

Update - return journey went from Siberia to Sicily. There was toilet roll a towel and paper towels 🧻 😂

Driver crashed into me was rude and left the scene very quickly. He was under the influence and crashed into a car with 2 young children in Glasgow.

We have used Weardale hire coaches several times in the past few years and always had excellent service from them, especially the driver Andrew who is very accommodating and helpful.
Unfortunately our last coach for our day at the lakes was compromised with a last minute change which had none of the usual facilities ie, toilet tv/dvd player (we usually put on a film for return journey) we are looking to book for another day out in September but will require some guarantees. Other than this disappointment I would have given then a 5✴️ rating.

Great company nice people to work for buses clean very tidy well maintained & cleaned straight away as they come in off service regardless wat time refuelled cleaned in & out ready for next day all ready cleaned out even floors washed every day believe me it’s hard to believe the size of weardale motor services never looked back since I joined them one thing I will say Athony gibbon just like one of the lads mucks in not afraid of hard work
